As a victim of a violent crime in Queensland you have rights under the Queensland Charter of Victims' Rights.

Victims can request a review when there is a decision to discontinue all charges against a defendant

The ODPP is a Child Safe Organisation and ensures its practices are aligned with the National Principles.
