Your leave designed around you

We offer leave entitlements designed to support your life beyond work, including:

  • four weeks of annual leave with 17.5% leave loading paid in December
  • long service leave after seven years
  • 14 weeks parental leave
  • 10 days reproductive health leave
  • parental and reproductive health leave to support your personal and family needs
  • purchased leave and special leave for carers and emergencies
  • the option to take leave at half pay, including annual, long service, and parental leave.

Access to some of these leave types may be subject to operational requirements and agreement with your manager.
